Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of used & vintage items we operate a no refunds policy on all items bought in our stores. For this reason we strongly recommend that you try on any items to ensure that you are happy with the item before purchasing.
If the item is not for yourself, please ensure that you check all measurements/sizing of clothing items before you purchase.
All items that we sell, unless stated otherwise, are vintage and therefore pre-loved and may show signs of wear. Therefore please check the items carefully before making your purchase.
In the unlikely circumstance that you are unhappy with any purchase from our store, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be unworn since the date of purchase and in the same condition as purchased in, with our original price tags still attached. All exchanges must be presented with the original receipt.
Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy.
